It’s where it all started! The very first seed sown in the ground in 2011 in the walled Kitchen Garden at THE PIG in the New Forest has led the way to inform everything that the team do at THE PIG. By putting the emphasis firmly on the food with a very simple and honest philosophy to only use produce that they can grow themselves in the Kitchen Garden or source from within 25-miles, these restaurants with rooms are home-grown in every way.

The menus will change by the minute, depending on what the forager supplies and what the Kitchen Garden team deems to be in perfect condition. THE PIG’s commitment to sourcing food from within a 25-mile radius menu not only supports our local suppliers, but means they can be 100% honest on the provenance of their ingredients.
