Hotel Ærø

Historic Hotel Aeroe is located in the middle of historic Svendborg. The hotel has been located idyllically and in the middle of the harbor since 1889, where both sailors and ship owners stopped by to quench their thirst. Our hotel exudes history.

Today, the hotel appears attractive, inviting and newly renovated and with respect for the historic properties on both sides of Brogade.

All our rooms, hotel suites and apartments are individually decorated in old English colonial style. All hotel rooms at Hotel Aeroe have their own bath and toilet, free internet, telephone, coffee, tea and kettle. Some of our hotel rooms have a view of Svendborg harbor, others have a view from the balcony to our cozy courtyard. Here, the geraniums are in full bloom for most of the year, and the cozy atmosphere invites you to a glass of cool white wine at one of the small tables when the sun shines over the city. We have done everything to make you feel welcome when you stay here at Hotel Aeroe.

You can of course still quench your thirst at Hotel Aeroe, just as you can spend the night in one of our charming and very cosy rooms. In addition, enjoy a wonderful gourmet dinner in our atmospheric restaurant Aeroe, which serves traditional Danish dishes of sky high quality.
