Since June 2015, Michael Grünbacher has been responsible for the entire catering at the Villa Hammerschmiede. Together with a highly motivated young team, he is supported by an experienced sous chef, Maximilian Dufner. This means you can rely on consistent quality every day of the week.

The atmosphere of the Wilhelminian style villa, built in 1889, encourages you to go beyond convention and routine, to embrace new ideas, to discuss controversial issues and to grow your business vision.
