Built in 1774 as a two storey home with a romantic battlement parapet, the attractive ivy clad Grade II listed Tregenna Castle has been sympathetically extended with two large side wings. The 80 ensuite bedrooms include Castle rooms in the original building, some with sea views and family rooms on the second floor of the West Wing with a double sofa bed. One of the family rooms can accommodate six with a double bed, two singles and a double sofa bed. For a sea view there are the spacious West Wing rooms, three of which have four poster beds. Behind the hotel and with views of the golf course are one and two bedroom apartments each with open plan kitchen, living room and dining area. The one bedroom apartments have a galleried bedroom. In the summer, couples can marry in the Pavilion set in picturesque gardens with views over the Atlantic Ocean.
