Gleneagle Killarney

From modest beginnings as a small country house hotel opened in 1957, Gleneagle Killarney has flourished into one of Ireland’s most popular visitor destinations. The original walls still stand at the heart of the hotel and the entrepreneurial spirit, which first inspired a young Killarney family to turn their home into a business, endures to this day. Bright and traditionally furnished each room includes complimentary WiFi and satellite TV. There is a private bathroom with a hairdryer, along with tea and coffee facilities. Some rooms offer views of Killarney National Park. The leisure centre at Gleneagle Killarney offers a fantastic selection of indoor and outdoor facilities. It is open to hotel residents, members and day visitors alike. We have two great swimming pools in our leisure centre. Our spacious, fully equipped and air conditioned gym caters for both strength and cardio training for a balanced work out. We offer a variety of fitness equipment including treadmills, exercise bikes and cross trainers. Our weight training studio includes various weight machines including squat racks and a selection of free weights. We also have an adults only suite which includes a sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. ideal for unwinding after an energetic workout. This relaxation area is an adult only zone and is only for those 18 years or over. Gleneagle Arena is part of the hotel and hosts regular live entertainment. The Summer Live in Killarney is hosted at Gleneagle Ballroom in July and August and guests get free entry on some nights. There is a shuttle bus into Killarney town from the hotel, and free parking is available.
