This is the worlds first whole life net zero hometel, meaning that all the carbon emissions from conception through to end of life have been reduced and rebalanced to carefully craft rooms that offer you comfort and flexibility through forward thinking modern design. Our goal is low energy, low carbon and zero waste which is being achieved by technological innovations whirring behind the scenes and the thoughtful design of the hometel.

At room2 the choice is yours. With fully equipped kitchens you can eat what you want, when you want. Plus, when you book a room with us, it is yours for a whole day. 24 hours. So check in and check out are both at 2pm. Our rooms are optimised to provide you with maximum comfort and flexibility, even choose your mattress type, so you can work, play, eat, sleep, dance and entertain.

Built on sustainability with a heat pump below the ground. The solar panels meet 5 percent of energy demand and the roof is covered in greenery to boost biodiversity. 100 percent of the bespoke furniture is manufactured locally, to support the local economy.
