Legacy Rose and Crown Hotel

The picturesque Legacy Rose and Crown Hotel was once a coaching inn, originally built in the 13th-century. Offering stunning views across the River Avon and Salisbury Cathedral, its long history and heritage can still be seen to this day. A number of original features can still be seen, including wooden beams throughout the older section of the building, and a cosy log fire in the Oak Bar. The Pavilion Restaurant and the Avon Bar provide a relaxed atmosphere with pleasant views, perfect for meeting friends. Oak panelling, and in particular the beams, find their way into a selection of Feature and River View Rooms. Each room, however, features a number of modern conveniences such as en-suite bathrooms, deluxe toiletries, flat-screen televisions, and free wireless internet. The spacious Garden Wing Executive Rooms, located on the ground floor, provide doors opening directly onto the garden.
