Hotel De Rousch is a four star hotel that offers 38 luxurious suites and various amenities for travellers and visitors. All our rooms have, among other things, King Size beds, a desk and a walk in rain shower. There is also a bar, terraces, meeting rooms and a restaurant present.

Our hotel has a unique concept where suites can be shared with friends, family or colleagues, each with their own privacy while sleeping and bathing. The luxurious suites of a surprising size, breathtaking views and equipped with a rain shower, bath, sauna or a living room and make you want to stay a little longer than just one night.
GREEN HOTEL
Hotel De Rousch is located in the green zone of Heerlen. Our hotel is heated by four powerful heat pumps on the roof, which is over forty meters high. That is why we are one of the first gas free hotels in the Netherlands. The insulation level has been greatly improved by the new facade and the ultra thick HR glass. The Rousch also has an application of LED and we have a management system that ensures that energy consumption is limited and is also accurately monitored. De Rousch is a building that is now more than 40 years old, intensive renovation has led to the building going from energy label G to energy label A and is ready for a sustainable future. We think the future is very important and that is why we are very conscious about it. We want to take care of the world and the generation after us.
MEETINGS-CONFERENCES
We have a total of 15 meeting rooms, ranging from 6 to 950 people. We are the meeting location for small groups or large groups.
We are unique because we have attractive rooms and surroundings, a beautiful terrace and ample parking options. The rooms are equipped with a beamer or LED TV and a sound system. If you want to further expand your meeting, we have the options for video conference, professional sound support, wireless microphones-headsets and flip charts.
We also offer the possibility to find temporary accommodation with us, to bridge the gap to the next living situation.
