Culdearn's elegant lounge provides a peaceful setting in which to meet other guests or relax with a wee dram - or settle into one of the seven bedrooms, all of the highest standard. In the hotel's renowned restaurant, locally-sourced fare includes excellent Scottish game and seafood. Guests might try the scallops set on an asparagus trellis with an arbroath smokie sauce, or roasted venison with a red wine and bitter chocolate jus. All this is accompanied by an impressive wine list and an extensive selection of malt whiskies are also available.
