More About Bath Queensberry Hotel & Olive Tree Restaurant 1772, the house retains its splendid period plasterwork and fireplaces. There is a delightful courtyard garden, drawing room and cocktail bar, but the focal point of the hotel is The Olive Tree Restaurant, which proprietor Laurence Beere describes as a 'contemporary restaurant' - informal and modestly priced with modern British cuisine using fresh local produce. The Queensberry could not be better placed for visiting the highlights of Bath; the Roman Baths, Theatre Royal, Assembly Rooms and Royal Crescent are all close by. A meander downhill takes you past the antiques markets and the best shops outside of London and on to Bath Abbey, where the famous spa waters await your toes.
